On 13 November the team from William H Painter in Chelmsley Wood helped to host a vintage tea party at Silver Birches care home.
50 people attended the event, including Reverend Mike Harmon, Minister Stephen Measures, and two local Chaplains Colin and Pat, and past clients. They all enjoyed food, drink and live music from Ukulele Central.
Funeral Arrange Jeanette Husselbee, who helped to organise the event, said: “Everyone had a fantastic day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, it was brilliant to see everyone dancing.
“The staff at Silver Birches said it was lovely to see the residents enjoying themselves and having fun. We’re all so pleased to have been able to host this party.”
