Community Activities
William H Painter held their annual Service of Remembrance at St. Edburgha’s Church in Yardley on Saturday 5th December at 10.30am. The service was taken by Reverend Bill Sands, Vicar of Yardley and a reading was given by Joan Wall, Parish Administrator. During the service people were invited to come forward to light a candle and place a memorial star on the Christmas tree for someone they had lost. The service was attended by 164 people and a retiring collection raised £300 for the St. Edburgha’s Church Restoration Fund
Following the service refreshments were served in the Trust School
