Laura was extremely helpful, offering advice and assistance. She arranged the funeral exactly as requested. Katie was also very helpful and professional on the day of the funeral. We were all very satisfied with how the funeral was organised and conducted.

The two members who stood out for me were definitely Michelle, who was amazing and I will always be grateful for her help, her understanding of the pain we were going through was first class and could not have organised the funeral without her help
